The hotel needed updating. The rooms were very basic and smelly, had to ask to be moved as it smelt bad and a lot of fungus around the bath. The drinks in the bar were extremely expensive. and the car park for overnight parking was hazardous. It should not be on your website to be honest.

The parking was really easy with easy access into the hotel.Shuttle bus was cheap and frequent. Rooms were comfortable and we had a nice meal.

Great location and excellen parking facilities. Staff helpful. Meal menu was very restricted - we would have been better taking the meal deal at 29-99 for the two of us which had more choice and included a glass of wine or the main menu which had a much wider choice. Breakfast was good although tinned orange segments with strawberry yogurt was a bit odd !! Grapefruit segments and natural yogurt please!!!! Rooms could do with a facelift but were clean and comfortable if a bit small - manouvering large suitcases was a bit tricky! All in all good value for money.

The hotel was fine. There was a hic-up with breakfast which we had bought but couldn't have due to the bar not being opned on the day we booked it until after we needed to be at the airport. The front of house could have been a little more interested in the issue.

Arrived to find long queues of people checking in after some flights were cancelled. No one on front desk took initiative to call out for those that had pre booked. Couple arguing in next door room till 1am. Pretty much negated whole point of hotel which was to avoid early morning travel to airport as my partner is epileptic. Car park headroom too low for my car so waste of time trying to find space

unfortunately there was a problem with the heating in the main hotel and it was cold when sat to eat a meal or in the lobby. The room was warm though.

I was expecting this place to be awful cost to the sorry and only £45. But it was a revelation, we arrived late and left early, so didn't have any food. But the hotel was clean comfortable surprisingly quiet for its location. Staff were excellent compared with some I have used. And the transfer was relatively short and sweet 3 nearby hotels and straight to South terminal. Excellent choice and value, won't be looking to use anywhere but airport inn in future.
