What is an on-airport hotel?

An on-airport hotel is one that is located within the airport grounds. On-airport hotels are either within walking distance of the terminal or just a short transfer away so they offer the ultimate in convenience.

If I park at the hotel, do I need to leave my car keys with them while I'm away?
No. Parking packages are available at both the Thistle hotel and the Britannia hotel Aberdeen airport. Just park up, take your keys with you and your car will be waiting for you when you return.

Is breakfast included with my Aberdeen airport hotel stay?
Breakfast isn’t included with your hotel booking unless it is stated. If you would like breakfast, it should be no problem to buy it directly from the hotel.

How can I cancel my Aberdeen airport hotel booking?
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us. If you have taken out our cancellation waiver, which costs £2.49 for hotel bookings and 99p for parking bookings, you will be able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled stay and receive a full refund. If you choose not to buy the cancellation waiver and decide you want to cancel, there is a cancellation fee of £15 for hotel bookings and £9.50 for parking.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will be unable to give you a refund, even if you have taken out cancellation protection. We also cannot refund supersaver or advance purchase bookings, because they are offered at a special low price. For full terms and conditions visit our cancellation policy page.

Will you charge me to use a credit card?
We charge two per cent of the total cost of the booking. This is because HolidayExtras.com® is charged by your card supplier.
