Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast isn't included, but you can add this to your booking very easily. You can enjoy a continental breakfast for as little as £6.95, or a full English breakfast for £10.95.

Can I get a hotel with parking package?

Yes. The Chace Hotel offers both parking and room-only bookings. So if you wish to leave your car at the hotel and be rid of extra airport parking charges, you can choose to have hotel parking included in the price.

Are there free transfers to the airport?

Yes. The transfers operate 24 hours a day on a request service and are free of charge.

When do I need to check-in and out of the hotel?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at midday at the Chace Hotel.

What amenities will I get in my room?

Every room at the Chace Hotel has an en-suite, a satellite TV with pay per view movies, a telephone, a hairdryer, a trouser press and facilities for making hot drinks. Room service is also available.

Can I request a cot for my room?

Yes. If you want to request a free cot for your room, please contact us and we can arrange it for you. Alternatively you can also speak to your hotel directly.

What bars and restaurants are at the hotel?

London’s Coventry restaurant at the Chace Hotel offers you fine dining in cosy surroundings and the cocktail bar is open all day, including a snack service.

What leisure facilities are provided at the hotel?

The Chace Hotel has over 65 bedrooms, including special family bedrooms, five meeting rooms available for conferences, a great restaurant and bar, a traditionally decorated lounge, and free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Are there disabled facilities?

Yes. However, you can check with the hotel directly if you have any specific needs.

What do I do if I want to cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking with by using our online cancellation service as long as it’s over 24 hours before your stay. You will get a refund this way but you’ll have to pay a cancellation charge of £15 per person per night. If you want to avoid this charge you should purchase our Cancellation Charge Waiver for a small price. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking under 24 hours before your stay, please contact us. Please be aware that you will not get a refund if you cancel at this late stage.
