Lost my car key . Had to be taken to compound. Asked to check car was there which is was . I found the key when helping the employee to look . Someone had put in a wrongly labelled bag .

Everything went smoothly dropping off the car.However on return from the airport I was told the car would be 5 mins & to go wait section E/F pick up & drop off area.I waited mins before ringing again & was told that the car had been waiting for me.This was a lie,as I had gone straight to the pick up point with my hand luggage straightaway after the first call.Then the man on the phone was again questioning whether I was in the correct place which I was.This really annoyed me,as if they were genuinely late why couldn't they tell the truth & say they had been held up,instead of trying to make out that they were there when they were not.& making it out to be the customers fault.I had to ring again & see where the car was,as it still hadn't arrived.it was nearlymins waiting.I should have booked the long stay & got the bus transfer,it would have been half the price & half the expense!!

The service was abismal on return. We phoned WF parking on exiting the aircraft but couldn't get through until we reached the meeting point. We were then told there was a minute wait. minutes later we phoned again and told it would be another minutes as they were very busy. minutes later three car turned up for other waiting customers but not our car . I asked a driver what was happening and he said there was a driver shortage. The three drivers then had to wait for a mini bus to take them back to collect the remaining vehicles. They suggested we could come with them in the mini bus to the cars to "save time ". Unfortunately when the drivers and the other waiting customers got in the mini bus there was no room for my party of three! We had to wait in the cold windy car park for an hour till our car was delivered. The driver said the problem was a lot of planes had arrived together! WF Parking is a disgrace!

I received an email confirmation after booking and on my screen I could see some advertisements after all the booking references. I assumed that this was the end of the email therefore didn't know that I needed to contact the company Minutes before arriving at the airport. I ended u have to pay for another car park £253!! As I couldn't get in touch with the company.
