The staff were helpful, everything worked well except for the pick up on our return. Despite ringing, as instructed, when we had collected our case we waited minutes for our car to be delivered, not the minutes advertised. There was no where to sit whilst waiting.

Staff were polite and helpful. The car was picked up and returned on time. My only complaint would be the state of the drivers side footwell which was dirty. The car looked as though it had been kept on an open compound and the driver's shoes had made a mess.

I could not get through to their phone line to be picked up. I tried for mins. The chap next to me had rung+ times. Eventually I had to ring your customer service department who connected with them via another number. I then had to pay for the exit ticket.There were upwards of people waiting for the service. I will never use the service again. It was not the quality of service offered and really feel I should get a refund.

We had to wait mins from when I called (they said wait until we'd got bags, wish I'd called as we got off plane) until we were picked up as all the drivers were out, we had a poorly 5yr old and a min drive home. Then had to pay £1 to get out of the car park! I know it's only a pound but it's the principle really. Wouldn't book them again.

The meet and greet arrangement wasn't clear and when I arrived the barrier wouldn't lift and I had to contact the parking staff. By this time it was too late to call and wait for you, so I used the parking ticket. It cost me £128.00

It was a smooth operation, with just a short wait to get the car returned. It is only a little thing, but coming back from holiday with very little change it grates having to find pound coin(s) to release the car from the delivery area.

When the car was returned it was absolutely filthy inside and I had to spend Sunday morning cleaning all the mud out. Very unhappy. Next time I will choose priority parking.

Car collected at airport, we did phone mins before arrival to ensure someone there, plane delayed and landed at bmth so we phoned and told no prob someone would stay on or we could collect the following morning with no charge

Staff brought the wrong car to us at the airport. We were then transferred to the depot where they had misplaced our keys and tookmins further to locate. We had booked meet and greet for a quick getaway after a long journey with small children. This was stressful. Staff were polite and surface apologetic but we felt fobbed off and not well cared for and were offered no compensation.

Perfect parking. Driver arrived before we could get our bags out of the car, polite and friendly. On return driver arrived at same time as us even made sure we had correct money for parking machine. Again polite and friendly. Thanks to both.

Everything good. But I missed the instructions to call mins prior to drop off - this should be in bold, or on the booking page. Also details of where drop off point is i.e. That the booking is NOT for short stay car park but to take a ticket to wait in drop off area.

The car transfers were smooth and efficiently managed.We were surprised that we needed to pay the car park fee (albeit only £1) to drive the car out of the car park. This should have either been included in the Holiday Extras fee, or clearly indicated on the documentation.

Very good from start to finish. But several other non-booked dropping-off cars in front of us. Designated area, solely for people like us who pay for service would be better. Also see car had been in car park for over mins when we got to barrier. Extra charge wasn't appreciated

Unable to call mins before as I was travelling on the motorway but staff were very helpful when I arrived at the parking area. On my return journey I had problems understanding the instructions from operator on phone as it was extremely noisy but eventually got my car but I found it all a bit stressful so I will get a taxi to the airport next time.

Manor Parking were a bad joke on our return to SOU. I tried x to get through to them. The message "lines are busy, call back in 2 mins. is totally unacceptable . I will NEVER use them again, and I will tell everyone and anyone "do not touch them".

I have requested a refund. What I paid for was not what was then given. How this site even managed to hijack Southampton Airport's official site and redirect me baffles me. A complete mis-sell, and I ended up just parking in the long stay parking. I am £50 out of pocket until they refund me - which has to be requested by email and I should expect to wait days for a response!!!!

The staff were fab, the service impeccable. The speed of collecting and leaving the car fantastic. Would definitely use them again, it was a relaxing trouble free experience. Only plus would be if they could offer a car valet service whilst we were away.

Need clear instructions about obtaining ticket upon entry to Short Stay car park. Upon leaving for home (exit car park) ticket and payment are required and should be supplied by Maple Manor - not in my case!

the drop off was excellent no problems, but upon return We were given our keys back and then informed i had to go and pay for parking to get out of the car park. I did not have any cash on me, and my card would not work. thanks to an inpatient person behind me they gave me the money to get out of the car park. not very happy with this service,

When calling number on return was engaged. Took five minutes to get reply. Told car would be with us in ten minutes. Took mins. So total time for return process was longer than expected. Then told we would have to pay car park exit fee ourselves. Only £1 but not mentioned in paperwork. Explanation for delay was traffic delays and that drivers were busy.

Because of the imposed minute drop off parking rule and the fast transit through the airport arrivals there is inevitably a delay in the delivery of a valet parked car. That is not the fault of the parking agent. Courteous and efficient. Good value
