My flight was cancelled a day before my departure and I phoned holiday extras to cancel the car park but they refused to refund the money because I phoned 23 hours before the flight not 24.

Everything went very smoothly - no problems. On our return, on leaving the car park we inadvertently left the ref. no. in the boot but the girl checked our car registration and name and as it was the early hours of the morning, wet and windy we appreciated her efficiency.
