Arriving at car park reg was acceted and finding a space was eas. Short walk to terminal 2. Coming back our registration number did not register but help was given by customer support who corrected quickly .

As your records will show this was our 4th holiday in the past 9 months. Car park was great but check-in was a nightmare and due to mass of people using Security Fast-track we where denied access to this facility we had paid for ! Return journey was even worse as we where abandoned in Malaga by Tui for many hours with no information as to our situation. When we finally boarded the pilot announced that he wished to apologise for our treatment of and would speak to Tui on our return.

ON ARRIVAL WE DID TAKE THE WRONG TURN OFF THE ROUNDABOUT BUT THE TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE WAS EXCELLENT, TO ALLOW US TO PASS THROUGH THE BARRIER. ON DEPARTING THE 6 HOUR DELAY WAS VERY GOOD AS WE HAD A 3.30 HOUR DELAY.

Found the carpark easily enough, Manchester T2 West multistory. Problem was finding a space, as you drive through each level it tells you how many spaces available, only trouble was I think it includes disabled spaces too, hence 5 levels later I found a space after passing loads of disabled empty spaces on the lower 4 floors but no non disabled spaces.

Excellent parking at T2 west multi storey, Manchester. Impressed the system let us access the parking 30minutes earlier than booked and VERY impressed and relieved when the barrier lifted to let us leave the park even though we were over 2 hours PAST our booked exit time - with no excess charge to pay. Very well done to all concerned.

Really good although , we had a delay at the airport MCO 1.5 hrs waiting for transport to the hotel. The airport lounge in Manchester was cancelled. I am glad of the speedy security pass though a must at Manchester.

Had to walk to and from terminal 1 as Jet2 had moved their departure point but it wasn’t too far. Other than that all was well.

We were on a delayed flight TOM2709 which was 42 hours late. When we got to the barrier, we had to pay an extra £50 (£25 for each day) spoke to a guy on the speaker at the exit, who was very unhelpful and said if you want the barrier to rise then you need to pay and contact TUI. Used you lots of times before but this level of service this time around given the length of delay was awful. Unless you can convince me otherwise, I don’t think I’ll use use again or recommend to a friend

Easy to book on line, on arrival to on Airport Multi Storey Car Park car number plate was instantly recognised and barrier lifted to allow access. Found a space to park easily enough and Terminal 2 Departures is right next door to the Car Park. Would use this service again.

Easy booking process for Travel Insurance and long term parking. Good information and follow-up. Parking was good but a shame that there is not a cheap alternative for dropping off bags the night before - 35 minutes in the Drop Off zone cost me £12!! I would use Holiday Extras again as a one-stop shop for everything.

I payed for parking which was fine I payed for fastrack passport which was an absolute shambles people in other queue of people went through faster than us yet there were only 10 people in our queue Absolutely disgraceful and I payed for the pleasure of standing around for longer with 2 young children in tow pathetic service

Car park was excellent and easy walking distance from the terminal. The barriers open on approach and wide ramps ensured accessing the higher levels was not a problem. I will definitely use this car park again.

Unfortunately my flight back was cancelled for 24hrs so when I came back to leave car park I had to pay an extra £25..I tried to update the booking but couldn’t and didn’t get a receipt at the exit barrier to claim payment back.
