We have used T2 west multi storey car park several times before. It is a great car park and very convenient for terminal 2 as it’s just a few minutes walk to the terminal. The only thing that we noticed was that on each level of the car park it told you how many spaces were available on it, but on driving round most of these spaces were disabled which was a little misleading. Other than that absolutely perfect again thanks.

NO ,WE LOADED ALL OUR FLIGHT DETAILS AND WERE BOOKED IN THE WRONG TERMINAL CARPARK, HAD TO ENDURE OVER A 15 MINUTE WALK THROUGH MANIC QUEUES WITH OUR AUTISTIC CHILD.

Car parking was excellent, large spaces and well sign posted in & around the area. Bit disappointed with the fast track I paid for, No signage at all, easily slipped into standard queues, and couldn't back track.

I am very disappointed as I prepaid for my airport parking T2 West in Manchester and when I arrived the barrier did not raise and there was no way of contacting anyone so I had to take a token. When i arrived back again the barrier did not raise so i out the token in and it said i owed £116. I had to pay the £116 so i could exit and when i contacted holiday extras they said that because the dates had passed i could not have a refund and sent me a link to make a complaint!!

It was aweful at Manchester. Had to arrive and payed extra 5 hours pre flight parking and 3 hours post arrival time to avoid chaos in the airport. When we got on the plane we sat on the tarmac for 3 hrs waiting for cases to be loaded. Got to hotel at 5 in the morning. I tried contacting Holiday Extra on the contact number to inform them of the delay, waste of time, it is automated, site does not give a means of contact. On return flight we got told for operational reasons the plane was not taking us back, told to get on coach, they would not tell us were they were taking us. We ended up in a hotel overnight. One young lady was told at a hotel there were no single rooms and and forced into accepting sharing a family room with 2 men she didn't know. An old woman only got on a coach because passengers insisted. She was the last person at the airport and it was closing. This is 00:45! The staff said there was no hotel space available and she would have to wait. When they got to the hotel they put her in a broom cupboard overnight! Our delay was 17 hours, no hot or cold food or duty free on the flight back. When we landed spent another half hour waiting on the tarmac before plane parked up. Then charged £25 additional at T2west cark park because parking time had run out. Neither Holiday extras or TUI want to reinburse my £25. Well done Manchester airport TUI and Holiday extras. You are treating customers like cattle and screwing money out of them through your incompetence and combined delays.

We had an early flight so it was dark. The instructions to the car park were clear, however we accidentally drove into the Drop off Zone. We had to pay £5 to get the barrier lifted. The instructions should warn people about going into this drop off zone. The car park is excellent.

I booked the wrong return day for car parking, and could not find an answer on the app.( App said 'extend your stay' but gave us a phone number with no answer.) Even people at home were trying to find an answer for us to no avail. As it happens it was an easy fix, but caused worry we did not need on holiday, and then again on approaching the exit.

This was our second trip abroad since early April. Each time we used Holiday Extras for parking and fast track facilities. The parking product is excellent, easy to use, number plate recognition so quck entry and exit. However the fast track security and return passport facilites are a waste of time as neither were available at terminal 2 in Manchester. Also the fast track passport facility states it is for terminal 1 and not terminal 2 which is impossible to use. at terminal 2 - so not impressed with this as both our recent trips were spoilt by this lack of facility which had been paid for.

Arrived earlier than expected, barrier still went up to let us in no problems. On our return there were no issues whatsoever and the barrier rose again when we reached the exit just like our previous visits.

System fully automated so no interaction with staff required. T2 West is very convenient parking, a bit more expensive than the off-site carparks but you enter the terminal direct on foot no shuttle buses which minimises the handling of your bags. Excellent overall.

No I was booked into wrong car park terminal 2. When my flight was from terminal 1. Tried to change it and was told by staff I couldn't it was too difficult. I have 2 Autistic daughters and I can't walk that far totally discussed

Spot on. You adjusted the arrival time free of charge which helped enormously, the barrier opened on number plate recognition, both in and out, plenty parking available, easy to get to terminal. Brilliant and seamless.
