Parking at Manchester multi-storey T2 was easy to find with straightforward access to the Departures area. The added protection for delayed flights was great as we were delayed by 2 1/2 hours.

Parking was ok but I booked passport control fast track which I assumed was for terminal 2 as that is where my parking was it turns out you sold me terminal 1 fast track. Terminal 2 fast track was not in use so I paid £20 for something I couldn’t use. Then used your live chat to try n get a refund 30 mins to connect and then I was told to use a link to complain the link didn’t take me anywhere and lost the chat. Awful customer after service

I booked for terminal 1 and when I put my flight number it must have changed it over to terminal 2 as them flights changed terminals on the 18th April. So had mad rush on the morning on our holiday with a little one

Worked fine only down side is the car park being used as a pick up point by private hire vehicles. Waiting passengers cause congestion around the lifts making it difficult to get access.

The carpark in T2 Manchester Airport was 10/10, perfect. No issues at all getting into thr airport, slightly busy but eventually found a space at 3am and got out no problem at all. Holiday Extras though is appalling. Inconsistent messages that are blatant lies have really let you down this time. Telling me two different stories as to why my Fast Track Security were cancelled and both inconsistent with the story being told to me by Manchester Airport (that all existing books should be honored and not cancelled). Maybe at least ensure your call handlers all have the same story first even if its not true? I'd book the carpark again but not with Holiday Extras.

We had no problems at all, barrier opened for us on arrival, very short walk to departure lounge and it was great to have a small walk back to the car when we arrived back after a long delay on the flight home, again barrier opened on exit, so all in all a very smooth and stress less experience.

We went past the exit road to the entry to T2 Multi storey West at Manchester airport, but after we found our way we had no problems parking at T2 multi storey west, all went smoothly. Our car was safe and ok on our return.
