As mentioned on the comments & instructions the entry/exit to the car park required contacting the conrol desk as using the card system did not work, also finding a parking space required driving around, also not sure if the bay size is big enough.

The only comment I would make was that to make more money the Shuttle Park had removed all intermediate bus stops, and filled all available roads and spaces with parked cars, and only having one bus stop at the entrance. This makes it very inconvenient.

Expected gauranteed parking place at Shuttle park, due to pre-book facilities only. Wrong, turned up to find 5 car traffic jam at entry and re directed to terminal 2 long stay park. Which because it is a turn up and see car park was full to bursting.

Manchester Airport shuttle park overbooked had to go to terminal 1 not good I park at the shuttle park to avoid having to go to the airport direct, and should have been notified earlier.

Parking at Manchester airport shuttle park was chaos. My card didn't allow entry or exit, needed to speak with "control" each time. Worse was the congestion so that the shuttle bus couldn't get around the various bus stops. Simply too many cars accepted.

The only thing that I could say against your fantastic system was that you had too many car on the car park. This caused very bad parking problems and cars were parked so that it made it difficult to get into parking bays on arrival for the outward journey.
