We had a problem getting in and out of the car park as the barrier was not recognising anyones credit cards. The staff were very helpful though, even at 4:30 am! We've used the Manchester Airport Shuttle Park several times and this is the first problem.

More or less. The bus stops were closed due to inconsiderate parking - so had to walk to the entrance to pick up the bus. This was a nuisance & same happened on reurning. Shuttle park need to sort this out

The original company went bust so you kindly chnged us to another company but unfortunatley our credit card details did not work at the barrier. Once we gave them the reference number they let us in and out.

Parkink facilities safe and secure. Flight cancelled on way home so I arrived back a day late, but wasn't charged any extra because of this. I think that is great customer relations, and would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to anyone else. Paul Murphy.

Due to snowy weather on the outward journey we arrived at the carpark late evening previous to the date prebooked.On the return journey due to a flight delay we arrived back at the carpark early morning on the day after the prebooked date. Thankfully no extra charges applied. Pamela
