Good location just off airport. Only problem was with barrier. It read my card on arrival but refused on exit. Had to use intercom after searching for reference number. Would use again though.

No it did not go smoothly at all! When i arrived at the car park at 5am on 8th May i was told the car park was full and had to be directed back to the airport (which I had already driven past) and use a different car park!

Parked in the Shuttle park for 1 week, directions excellent, bus arrived 5 minutes after we arrived and on return bus was at airport within 2 minutes of our arrrival.

Had difficulty finding a parking place on arrival, seemed to drive around for ages before spotting one space. On return wasn't sure of correct bus to catch, would have been nice to be informed prveiously that we were waiting for No. 4.

My holiday company is prepared to refund in the event of cancellation due to volcanic ash. In the event I rebooked for 3rd October. You advised on 20 May that I can't do the same with booking the car park.
