On arrival, the automatic barrier didn't recognise my reg plate but the attendant was great and said he would validate upon our return, which they did.

We arrived at 2.45am and didn't see a single person which was a bit strange compared to other car parks we've used but it was secure, couldn't fault the process,number plate recognition worked fine.

Everything with regard to booking - fine. When we picked car up - broken glass in empty space next to our car and under our car - we drove off and within minutes had a puncture some of the glass had gone through tyre

I booked the long stay car parking at Liverpool Airport. It all went very smoothly. The camera supposed to do automatic recognition of number plates didn't seem to work but it all went smoothly talking to someone vis the intercom system. I appreciated the detailed advice of what to do.
