Ideal locaation at Liverpool airport just 150 yards walk to the terminal. Only problem was the barrier would not take my debit card. We were able to get a ticket and produce the ticket at the office just across from the terminal at the short term car park so no worries.

The actual booking process worked well. A little more information on the state of Liverpool airport car parking would have helped. Directions around the car park are pretty much all temporary due to the investment in a multi storey unit. Signage at the car park, ie sectors of the car park are not very well marked out.

There were some difficuties with the machine at liverpool, I put my credit card in that I had booked with and the barrier did not open. However the staff on our return recognised the problem immediately and all was rectified, a good service.

Being a smaller airport i found it less of a hastle than going to manchester. The parking was really easy and hastle free, and the staff inside the airport were second to none, friendly, helpful and all with a smile even at 4am

Booking on line worked well. I remembered the correct card to get in and out of the car park and that worked very well. The walk to and from the terminal was within easy distance, so no waiting for busses which don't come. Yes it worked very well at a reasonable price. We would definitely do it again.
