We have used this "on airport" car park before. It is always a lottery concerning convenience of parking - i.e. Distance to walk to terminal. This time was very good.

I have used your service, I think, 8 times in the last 4 years and apart from my number plate not being automatically recognised on a few occasions everything has been great. However, I was disappointed this time at being charged an extra 15 pounds. I can see that it was my fault because I put the wrong return date in. But I don't understand why your system didn't pick up on this mistake when I put the flight number in.

All as expected although the "5 minutes from the terminal" only refers to vehicles parked in its immediate vicinity. Took us at least 15 minutes both ways - fortunately it wasn't raining

It was easy, just drove in was personally welcomed by the machine, cool, it was a bit busy but there was information about where to go. Followed the arrows parked up, walked a couple of minutes to airport entrance. Job done Car was there when I got back, went home, no problem ðŸ˜

We parked on the long stay at Liverpool. Ideal as straight opposite the airport a shirt walk and you are there. Car park is well lit at night On arrival it recognises reg barrier lifts and on exiting put card in slot and away you go. Will definatley use again.

I didn't see any staff! Driving around searching for a space is fine if you arrive with time to spare. I had plenty of time but make sure that you are not late! It would be helpful if there was visible info of an available space. Easy access and exit.

Good parking location for airport terminal but due to lack of spaces during busy times you have to park on the overspill car parks which can add an extra 10 minutes onto your walk to the terminal. Good value car parking.

My vehicle was not recognised at the barrier when we entered the airport so I had to take a ticket. We also were not recognised when we tried to leave so had to wait 15 minutes at the barrier while this was sorted out. So all in all not a very good experience. This is also not the first time this has happened st the same airport.

Initially I had incorrectly booked our return for the following day instead of the following week, I realised this a couple of days before and I made a telephone call to your office and a very nice lady helped me out and corrected the paperwork to the right return date, unfortunately the date of the card for the barrier hadn't been changed and when we put the card into the machine the date was the original and it showed that we owed £70 and we had to ring for assistance but once one of your staff saw our paperwork was correct he then lifted the barrier for us to leave.

We booked Liverpool airport long term parking over the Easter weekend. Arrangements went to plan. Our registration number was recognised at the barrier & we got our ticket. There were adequate parking spaces available. The car park is a few minutes walk from the airport, which is really convenient. Parking is secure & the car was safe and good to go on our return. We will definitely book this product again.
