Barrier didn't go up when we put our ticket in (this happened last time too), had to contact help desk. Staff raised barrier when we gave our reference number.

Directions were clear and easy to follow. Facilities were exactly as described. Had to use car park kiosk on return to get ticket validated and the man who dealt with us was extremely nice and very helpful.

Pre-booking the car park was very worthwhile, saved money, time and hassle especially when we returned. I would book the lounge again, was nice to have somewhere peaceful to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink prior to the flight, provided a very nice start

So simple and easy to use, just turn up and vehicle recognition worked fine. Slight problem with ticket on exiting the car park but problem rectified within seconds by helpful staff. Would definitely use again and again!
