Unable to get into the car park on arrival, vechicle reg number not recognised. Unable to get out of the car park on departure, barrier did not lift.

As usual there were absolutely no problems with the booking for Liverpool Pricebuster car park. Even though the signs sometimes say full as you approach the car park, there are plenty of spaces at the far end of the car park for those who have already booked.

When we tried to get out of the car park it advised we owed £50, however, it seems the vehicle number plate recognition had put in the wrong number plate details when we entered the car park. We pressed for assistance and gave ref no and were let out, however, a little annoying.

Liverpool Airport carpark is badly lit, exit signs are inadequate and I had fun and games on egress as the ticket machine would not recognise my exit ticket.
