When returning to my car the machine insisted I owed ?57 even though all had been prepaid. Tried the "Help" call button but after 20 minutes of no answer made serveral calls but no one could help. Eventually after another 10 minutes received a reply.

The service you provided as far as the booking was concerned ran smoothly, but as usual the carparking system at Liverpool Airport was utter rubbish. We arrived, the ANPR worked properly and my registration was printed on the ticket.

On return to Liverpool my registration was not linked to my booking which meant I could not exit the car park. I had to find the car park office to rectify which caused much frustration

I got a good price through the Holiday Extras offers email. Easily found a car parking space close to the terminal. I'll be using Holiday Extras again next time I need airport car parking

I followed the instructions on the confirmation email. I had no problems finding the car park, gaining access to the car park, finding a space to park, short walk to the airport or leaving the car park when exiting. My experience has been very good.

Car reg recognition system did not work, it was difficult to find the office to validate the ticket. Could have easily mistakenly paid via the ticket machine. Price of ticket good meaning Liverpool Airport is a consideration for the future

Although we were delayed a day due to the French general strike we were not charged any extra. We did expect to be charged for extra time and were pleasantly surprised. Thank you. The staff were great, a credit to Liverpool Airport.

Found your site via search engine & booked literally hours before I went (was using car park facilities at Liverpool airport) - I'd never considered driving myself before - usually rely on lift but would definitely use again - couldn't have been better.

Only comment is that the car park providers need to have a more realistic attitude and approach to customers who are hit by strikes and then apply punitive additional costs to their pre-booked prices. Good customer care is not about ripping off customers

Hotel as described already booked two holidays next year at same hotel. Only downfall no kiddies pool and most of the entertainment is not to my taste and is usually quite late. All the staff are very helpful The rooms are clean, what else can one ask for

The car was fine once we collected it but we had to queue for over an hour at the airport. We were very unhappy to have to pay for a full tank of fuel which we did not use. This made the hire of the car more expensive and not a good deal.

Very pleased with ease of entering and leaving the car park. Found signing from the airport on return inadequate and misleading. For people who have passed through very briefly on arrival, never having been to Liverpool Airport before, it isn't always easy.
