If you are talking about the Hotel San Jose I was very pleased with everything. The receptionist Fransisco was exceptional andhelped me so much with any enquiries I had. The room was fine and the fact that it had facilities to make a cup of tea is a bonus

The only minor glitch was getting a call from Tracker which said that the car might have been moved. I eventually managed to get the number of the airport car park and was told that the car had not left the car park as far as they knew.

Hotel Grand Arbus was excellent. The room and the amenities were very good and the staff very helpful. Hotel very central and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

Excellent throughout - only one problem - the room (No. 7) at Hotel Rysedent was badly ventilated and extremely hot - despite large fan supplied! - otherwise, flights, carparking (in Liverpool) and taxi service (in Krakow) superb!
