The ticket issued for parking, stated on it if the booking reference is not printed on, dont insert ticket when you exit, but press the assistance button, this was confusing and unneccesary, you could just insert the ticket and it let you out.

Purchased 1 week pre-paid car parking at Liverpool. Upon exiting the carpark the machine requested £82.00! Staff extremely helpful and after checking our booking lifted the barrier.
