Everything went smoothly, which made holiday more enjoyable. Misplaced ticket, but staff were on hand and helpful. Car was safe and undamaged on return.

Facilities were good although the automatic number plate recognition wasn't working so we had some problems getting out of the car park but the staff were helpful. Only gripe is the walk from the car park to the terminal building - not very suitcase or luggage trolley friendly. Could do with a courtesy bus.

Brilliant, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could from booking to returning home and picking up the car on our return. Would definitely recommend holiday extras.com

Staff was helpful, when security barrier failed to read my reg number. Didn't receive my security fast track passes that u paid for! But apart from that was satisfied.

picked the car up in the pouring rain would have helped not your problem but a bit more light would have helped also the barrier came down before we had driven through no damage occurred but it did give us a bit of a scare

No issues with the car park itself, the barrier process was smooth and there were spaces available. The walk to the terminal was quick and easy. The only issue was that I did have some slight damage on my car obviously from the door of the car park next to me.
