Dropping car off was easy then straight to airport, no long waits. Driver helpful and friendly. Arriving back in UK mini bus was there and again no waiting. Will use again.

Yes, would of loved a drinks vending machine in reception though, was desperate for drink after our flight or would work in winter to to warm up.

The staff were very helpful, only one question i have as am not sure about it. I booked for the shaded park for my car but when I collected my car it was park at the normal open car park, not sure wether it was park in there ready for us to collect or its been there for five days during our holidays as staff did'nt explain that it was moved in there, he only instructed me that my car was park in this zone and hand me the keys but, otherwise it's perfect.

Staff were extremely friendly. Service was amazing and the shuttle bus was waiting to take us back to the car as soon as we came out of the terminal. Very impressed.

waited 45 mins for baggage, driver thought everyone had been through , maybe checking of clearance, as well as flight arrival might be required to eliminate this confusion.

Up on arrival to depart the staff were very helpful and polite. On return the member of staff tried to get me to sign for my'keys' when i read what he was asking me to sign it revealed he was asking me to sign to say i had inspected the vehicle. I questioned this and it would appear he though'I' was being awkward and that once i signed for the keys and then inspected the car then i could report any damage. I consider this to be very sneaky bordering on the deceitful. Had i signed for the 'keys' and my car was damaged i would be at a distinct disadvantage in getting the appropriate compensation. I eventually persuaded them that i would NOT sign until i had inspected my car they reluctantly handed me the keys. My wife and i walked (with our cases) the the vehicle and i began to visibly inspect it, (this is not a 2 minute job as far as i am concerned) within a couple of minutes there is a member of staff in a fluorecsent jacket standing behind me holding the paper and a pen. Quite intimidating to be honest. Following my checking the car and its mileage i found all to be in order and i agreed to sign for inspection. Apparently getting people to sign for 'keys'; when they are actually signing for inspecting their car is the 'done' thing. If so this needs to stop immediatley. I will recommend your company but with a warning to watch what you are signing

Only advice I'd offer is to make it more obvious where the bus picks up from at the airport. A sticker or something would be great.
