After the recent negative press regarding long term airport parking we were a bit hesitant, but we needn't have been as the service was really good and the staff really helpful and friendly

The staff at Park Wise were excellent, very helpful and a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend them. The car park is next door to the Long Stay car park at Heathrow, so the location is also excellent.

Instructions to get to Park Wise could be improved. There was a reference to the Emirates airplane which wasn't that obvious, believe it or not, from the angle that we travelled in.

Staff at Parkwise were excellent. We arrived at 2am, earlier then expected, and staff opened up immediately and dealt with us. On return journey we were picked up very quickly and car was waiting for us.

Your staff were exceptional! Thank you so much, I was held up by traffic despite leaving in good time and someone not only helped to direct me but also held the transfer bus so that I arrived in time to check in just in time. Of course the flight was then delayed, but I was so happy I left my car with you. A+ service.
