The staff were so helpful because just after we'd set off in the transfer bus I remembered that I'd left my mobile phone in my car! We were already late due to being held up on the M25 because of an accident. The bus driver took us back to the carpark and we met the attendant who was parking my car. I retrieved my phone and we set off again to the airport in the nick of time!

We booked parking though holiday extras. The shuttle bus was waiting for us both on our outward and return journey. The staff were helpful and the shuttle bus took 5 mins - just as described. I have used holiday extras a number of times and now I don't bother to look elsewhere. Excellent service. Thank you.
