I landed back just before midnight on a stormy night, pouring with rain. I was handed my keys and told vaguely my car was “6 rows back” but no further detail. Well, the car park isn’t at all well lit and it was flooded. Have you ever tried to determine what the difference is between tarmac and water in the dark? Well, it’s impossible. I wandered around for ages trying to find my car and ended out with soaked feet because it wasn’t anywhere near where they said my car was and I walked straight into a deep puddle. This is not the service I expected and the company needs to fix the tarmac as it clearly floods easily. I won’t be using them again.

When I previously used skyport it was so easy. Park up the wait for bus. Now you must drop off your key. Travelling is stressful enough without having to que up with a bunch of other stressed out people who are heading to an airport for more stress. Why did you guys change things. It used to be so simple. I always used this service but now I’m thinking I might pay extra and park at the airport next time.

Everything was smooth and hassle free. Your representatives are excellent; friendly and helpful. I got home and realised I had left my rucksack somewhere. I called the branch and the gent who answered the phone went to check for me and called me back within 10 minutes to let me know that unfortunately he hadn't found it (it was in my friend's car). Fantastic service.

I booked Airport parking for Glasgow Airport. I would caution people to read the instructions carefully as companies are combining their capacities at this time. However the info was all there in the Holiday Extras booking and the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish.

Car parking facility was poor. Left to find car self, very poor customer service. Nowhere to shelter in the pouring rain. Bus not big enough for skiing holidays. Bus driver very unhelpful. W9ntvuse Flying Scot again. But will book through Holiday Extras again

The staff were friendly enough, however the car park is mostly severely worn tarmac/gravel and has loads of pot holes. When we got back to the car it was filthy with splashes from the dirty water in the many pot holes around the car park.

On return to the carpark, the car was left too far from the office, in an unlit carpark. Our car was in the middle of a pond, surrounded in mud, with no way to get near it without wading through, and towing our suitcases through it...we were not happy.

Booked us into a company which went bust over a year ago leaving us to rush to a NCP car park at the airport which cost us over £200 ! Kept cutting off on live chat and won’t speak to customers and emails were very unprofessional and unacceptable leading us to look at taking your company to small claims court to get the money back we had to pay out

Great service on check in at Flying Scot car park and transfer to the airport. However on arrival back home at the airport pick up area we waited for about 20 minutes for collection to get our car. It was a very cold night and there were several passengers waiting with us who were complaining about the length of time we had to wait for the transfer bus despite calling the office as soon as we arrived at the baggage collection area

I had booked parking with you at Skyport and when we arrived it was closed, had a stressful time trying to get booked and booked with flying scot costing another £43, to be told by them the already had our booking. This should have been the confirmation, we nearly missed our flight.

Car park shut down , weeds growing, phoned car park company but no reply. Panic as had to make plane for holiday phoned Holiday extras to find out I was supposed to receive an email to go to different car park but didn t get it . Found car park eventually which was well organised and made our flight. Just as well we left early Return went smoothly with Flying Scot, phoned their no on their card, bus driver loaded and unloaded our luggage. Checked into office got exit code ,bags in car and drove home

Couldn't have been more professional and easy! I had read really bad reviews online about Flying Scot so phoned them before I went and was reassured reviews were for a different company. Flying Scot are fantastic and based at Well Street, Paisley and I can highly recommend them! Friendly, efficient... seamless stressless start and end to our holiday.

Good Evening I booked this car park with you for parking at Glasgow Airport on the 12 October On arriving at this car park, it was obvious that this car park has been direclict for some time. There were concrete barriers across the front entrance and the car park was very overgrown with weeds, no cars present and the office buildings were unoccupied and also in a bad state of affair I am totally disappointed that this car park is still on your system £21 was taken from my bank account, due to the short notice we could not park at the airport as it was fully booked. The car parks that were available on the day at very short notice would have cost £78 for the duration of our holiday. We had to park some distance from the airport costing taxi fares of £14.40 each journey. Please can you arrange a refund of the £21 back into my bank account ASAP and remove this car park from your system Yours a very disappointed and unhappy customer Alison Ketteringham

Arrived to find car park closed and no notification was given. No contact number for help. We were left trying to find airport parking hours before our flight . I have been informed via web chat it will take up to 21 days just to get someone to contact me. Took my money and left to sort out my self. A 24hr emergency contact number is required not a web chat that is not open when you have problems like this.

I had to 'self park' the car quite far away from Reception. Quite difficult to find a space. Similarly, on the way back, car was not waiting at Reception. I had to go and look for it myself.

Poor organisation with only one driver on the way out. We waited for almost 40mins which curtailed our time in the lounge at the airport. The bus was overcrowded on the way home, the car park poorly lit and not well signposted. The staff at the car park and both drivers were very good.

We drove to. Airport parking and got there and gates were all shut up very early in morning no one about. ! We were driving about trying. To get other car park. Ended. Driving to Glasgow. Airport parking. N c p. Was very stressful. Nearly missed our. Flight. Had to pay on return overoiubd so paid near to park my car for 3 days nightmaire ! We usually have fab service. From.
