Staff on bus very unhelpful never helped with luggage on way back from airport , it was pouring rain and my hisband had no jacket and driver wouldnt drive him to were car was parked my husband was soaked

Process was easy to book. Bus turned up within 15 min of phoning when returning. Car recognition software didn't work when leaving.

The staff at the skyport we amazing, our car broke down and we had to wait 2 hours for recovery afer an overnight flight with two young children, the manager even drove my husband to the supermarket to buy breakfast for the kids, couldn't have asked for any more.

The staff were very helpful and bus to airport was quick and efficient. My partner arrived back at 2 am and was unable to find the exit to the car park as the carpark is very poorly lit.
