no it did not. your confirmation email sent us to a residential carpark 2 miles or so from the actual carpark. the staff member we asked about this appeared to know about it and did nothing to apologise.

Outward travel from the Car Park to the airport was rather slow. Staff were friendly and helpful. Return travel from the airport to Car Park was quickly done.

We landed with other travellers that had already called in. Despite you being aware of how many of us were waiting to be picked up only one bus was sent and we had to wait over mins for the 2nd bus. With 3 young children and the rain this was not pleasent

On arrival at Glasgow it took over minutes for Skyport to arrive to pick us up after being phoned and as they are only 5 minutes from the terminal this was unacceptable.

Have used Skyport many times and always been% satisfied. Traveling out was perfect. On way back we waited at the airport for just over minutes for the bus to arrive. This is very annoying when you just want to get home.
