We waited 50 minutes for the bus to pick us up after ringing 3 times .I found the driver when he did arrive and i complained to him very condescending, and at 1-15 am in the cold was very disturbing.

Skyport Glasgow was brilliant. Very easy to book on the Holiday Extras Website and accurate information. Carpark is easy to find and only a few mins from Airport. Pick up was excellent. After picking up our bags we phoned Skypark. walked to pick up area and they were there within Five minutes. Would definitely use again

outbound carpark shuttle. waited in bus for more than 20 mins. told to transfer to other bus as driver of ours was busy. other bus had problems and did not go usual 5 min run. went through housing schemes and took 30 mins. driver said bus fault meant he was not allowed on motorway. travelled with 4 year old child and struggled to get through security on time due to bus delay. return bus ok.

you are running a very slick operation with friendly professional staff alongside excellent facilities including a nice transfere bus. On our arrival back our plane was delayed and would have expected to pay additional costs for the extra time but the staff were very helpful and said that it was not our fault. Very generous in an age when everyone is trying to grab every penny off you

On return, we waited half an hour in the cold and wet for the bus. We couldn't get through to the number given for collection. The line was cutoff several times. I guess you will have lots of feedback like this as there were many people in the same position. Not good after a long flight.

The pickup from Glasgow Airport on our return was not as quick as previous. It seemed to take an hour before the bus arrived for us and then was collecting for 2 car parks, but apart from that it was a good service.

I have advanced osteoarthritis and am waiting for a new hip. The park did not seem disabled friendly and the bus no longer takes you to the car. I could have asked when I arrived but I didn't, though I would in the future. Apart from that, this was a friendly and efficient service.
