The drop off was easy, the waiting point for the bus at Gatwick South was windy , crowded with little protection from the elements. The bus drivers were helpful they were the only contact we had with staff

Competitively priced and cheaper than some off airport sites, no long waits to the airport or return, transport every ten minutes with a 5-10 min journey time. Excellent all round with cheerful and helpful staff.

We were packed in D105. It took us a while to find this area. We noticed 103 and 104 but took a long time to see that 105 was at the opposite end of the car park. Some directional signage would be helpful

All went very smoothly with the parking. My only comment would be that the car park C we were directed to, had only a few spaces left and it took us a while to find a place to park. Also I get a bit confused about offers, and have booked with one offer and then been sent a better offer not long after. One time I did point this out and was kindly refunded the difference. I would still always book through Holiday Extras as they are efficient and reliable.

I found everything to be straightforward, from booking online to arriving to park and returning to collect our car after our holiday. One point I would make is to be sure to record the location of your car on the back of your ticket when you arrive in the car park as there are a number of different parks and zones, and we had not done this, but by a process of elimination we managed to remember where we had parked! ;)

Despite pre-paying for parking, i was asked to pay £170 upon leaving Gatwick Long Stay - it took over an hour to sort out, and they finally agreed that i had pre-paid via Holiday Extras - why did this happen?

Yes everything was as described. Transfer bus was frequent and fast. Forgot sunglasses in car and was able to go back for them. It was that quick. Most of all the price was right. Thanks.

I've parked in Gatwick South at least 3 times a year for the past 5 years. The ease of parking and getting the bus to the airport is great and the drivers are always really helpful.
