The only thing is the drivers should announce the sections phonetically. We found it really difficult to understand the drivers B C D And E's and it was also dark so we couldn't see either which caused a bit of anxiety but other than that it was fab thanks.oh and as a returning customer a little discount for next time wouldn't go amiss either.

Everything was fine except your system cannot differentiate between a credit card and a debit card, therefore you surcharge anyway.

We directed to park in C. There were no disabled parking gaps adjacent to the bus stops. later we noticed that although A & B were marked as 'full, no entry' we could have gone in to look for a disabled slot. This was not very clear. No 1 Lounge food and staff were very good, but the furnishings (chairs carpet) could do with some TLC or changing.

All good no real problems apart from the long transfer back to the car park from the terminal. We parked in zone G. The bus took ages getting there visiting Zone A first then driving all the way round Zone B, C, D, E, F and then finally G!!!

Websit easy to use. Booked parking and prices the same as I get with my sainsburys benefits. Apart from driver on terminal bus no contact with staff and he was fine. Buses clean and prompt

We had an early morning flight with 3 kids and stupidly forgot to make a note of where we parked. However on our return a passing bus driver saw us struggling and helped us find where we were and we were vey greatfull. Great service. Really easy to use and buses every few minutes. At the airport within a few minutes.
