Having car park closed at the end of E car park area and no spaces to be seen was a bit disconcerting. Eventually we found a signal space but where the car behind parked I just don't know.... monitor the throughput to individual car parks may help otherwise a pleasant and usefully system

Everything was fine, I think more lighting is required as it's difficult to see when it's dark! Also extra disabled bays would be great, their never seems to be any available.

Not enough light at the parking. Bus not large enough and not enough buses laid on at night. Nearly a fight on the bus (not concerning us)

I put in my flight details and the website recommended a leaving time of 3am out of the car park but when I went to leave the carpark it was only booked until 3am the 15th rather then 3am 16th so I had to pay for another day to leave the carpark. I should have double checked myself but the feature on your website should also be double checked.

It is not a quick transfer when you find yourself in car park G and waiting for bus stop 14 to arrive after midnight. Never again.

When it is dark - suggest bigger signage to Long Term Car Park and perhaps signage 'above' the bus stops so they can be seen from a distance.

At first the car park they indicated was full so had to drive around a bit and then finally they opened the other car park.It was a bit panicking because still dark and thinking of the departure time. otherwise it was very convenient.

On return to UK we had to wait 5 to 10 mins at terminal on the bus waiting for other passengers, after 10 mins no other passengers got on the bus and we moved off.

Parking was good as usual. Disappointed with No.1 Lounge, very crowded, noisy children and 4 guys who were rather loud. Had too much to drink I believe. There should be a limit on the number of drinks you are allowed.

Nightmare. On the way out we parked at G17 bus stop. There were 6 of us waiting to be picked up.In the end we rang on the intercom and got told we would be collected. The bus stopped at the bottom of the road and made us walk with our cases as he was too lazy to come round the corner to the bus stop. On return waited 20 minutes for the bus. Loads of people waiting . Evenyually the bus came and packed us in like sardines then took 30 minutes to go round all the bus stops. He didnt even go round in order just here to there and back again. Everyone was moaning.Will seriously consider whether to us long stay south ever again.!

The driver on the return trip did not announce which zone we were in, or which stop was coming up; as it was dark (10 p.m.) it was very difficult to see, and we were very lucky to realise in time that we were at our stop. Others were not so fortunate, and missed their stop.
