Your proximity to the airport (Gatwick)is great, bus service great, being on the upper level at arrivals, great, discount for repeat bookings would of course be great as well..10 out of 10 so far..

I have used Park plus 3 times now and the service has always been first class. I think it is fantastic value for money and I feel my car is safe whilst I'm away. And I only found out about the company by accident, very good fortune for me!

The driver was fabulous on our return journey. We arrived at 'bus stop 8' at approx 5am on 8th Sept and the bus waiting had a different destination to ours of G14. The bus driver politely told us that unfortunately he was going to a different area. However, after he waited for a few minutes further and there were no passengers on his bus, he called us over to say that as he didn't have anyone he could drop us off after all. It was very, very pleasent and unexpected to experience such good customer service and to meet someone who uses there initiative and doesn't operate like a robot! Good customer service is very scarce but I can't remember when we experienced great customer service! After a 8+hr flight it's just what we needed. Thank you!!

Parking was a dream. The transfer coach was on time, clean and the driver was polite and helpful. Our ticket enabled us to drive straight through the exit barrier. I would definatley use Parking Express South again.

As we were deaf, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She was easy to udnerstand and even took the trouble to take us to our car when we did n't udnerstand her description of where to find out car. It was at 5.30am!Melinda Napier

I travel from Gatwick twice monthly and I almost always use Holiday Extras, because it is best value for money. Occasionally the new one at the South Terminal is cheaper - but only tice in the last 20 trips!
