I thought it all went really well, but when I arrived at the airport parking it was pointed out to me that the departure and arrival times were reversed, which meant I had to pay an extra day at the gate rate. Apart from that very good.

This is the second time we have used this service and again it was easy and straight forward. This time it was much better, as the bus took us to level one, where as before it was level 3 downstairs. It was directly at the check-in level, helpful because we had four children and an infant to direct from the cars to the check-in counter. Also, service is very frequent, so we do not have to wait about too long. Online booking was easy and straight forward, price was reasonable, it would have cost us double or more for a taxi to and from home. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

It is good to know our car is in safe and secure surroundings whilst we are away. We never have to wait very long before the bus comes along and takes us to or brings us back from the airport at such reasonable rates. An excellent service - thanks.

Although we booked very last minute we still had the most first class experience. The staff were very friendly and extremely effecient both when dropping off the car before our holiday and picking it up at the end of our holiday. The transfer service was also excellent. THE ONLY COMMENT I WOULD MAKE IS TO TELL PEOPLE TO TAKE NOTE OF THE BUS PICK UP POINT WHEN ISSUING TICKETS ON LINE, WE KNEW THE PARKING AREA IE B18 BUT DID NOT TAKE NOTE OF THE PICK UP POINT, SO WE HAD TO GUESS WHICH ONE UPON RETURN,LUCKILY WE MADE THE RIGHT GUESS

We found the service you provided excellent. Our only problem was that the carpark we chose did not go to the North Terminal, however this was not too much of a problem as the monorail link solved this problem. Very fast and efficient service.

The battery on my car was flat on my return , due to sat nav being left on . But within 3 mins after telling reception , I was on my way having been given a jump start . . brilliant service at a stressful moment , thank you .

This was our first time using Parking Express via Holiday Extras and we found it extremely beneficial, taking all of the hassle out of the travel arrangements to and from the airport. Everything was as advertised, with ease of use and regular transport between the car park and the airport. We will certainly be recommending the service to friends and family, and will be using the service on every holiday from now on.

REALLY CONVENIENT TO USE. DIDN'T WAIT LONG FOR BUS EITHER WAY.WE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A PAIN TO TRANSFER BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH TERMINALS BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY VERY QUICK AND EASY. WOULD DEFINITELY USE SUMMER SPECIAL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

Very quick and friendly service. Ticket provides a section to record where you have parked your car. Speedy transfer to the airport which makes a change from other services which can take up to 20 mins.
