Summer Special organisation etc is fine, but the bus service to and from the terminal is a bit 'iffy'. Too few buses for too many people - in fact, chaotic!

The two staff gentlemen on the coach who loaded and off-loaded most of the baggage were really to be thanked. After 12 exhausting hours getting home from Vancouver, having someone help us on and off the bus was wonderful. Our experience was that the whole ParkPlus operation was smooth, slick and easy. We will definitely use them again.Thank you very much

I was originally looking for a "meet and greet" service, but it was not available at the time, so Park Plus was offered as an alternative. I must admit this service was just as good, if not better than the "meet and greet", everything went like clockwork and I have already recommended the service to friends and work colleagues. I would have no hesitation in using Park Plus again, as from our arrival at Gatwick we were in the terminal within 15 minutes. On our return, the bus was waiting to take us back to the park and the provision of a man to help you get your cases on and off is an excellent addition. This is a superb service that I will definitely use again.
