personnel very helpful , including dealing with adjusted return time . did not notice requirement to allow 45minutes extra for transfer to airport until arriving at car park , so may be that should be especially highlighted on booking details, as it could prove vital to catching flights.

I lost my car as I didnt write down where I had left it. On my return both the driver and the duty manager at the car park were so helpful and kind to me, I am so grateful thank you. The duty manager drove me around until we found my car.

Very quick and efficient service. Like the addition of a second person on the transfer bus on both outward and return journeys to assist in loading and offloading luggage (and children!). Best so far at Gatwick Airport.
