booking through Holiday Extras as usual was simple and efficient.Park Plus was brilliant!The system worked like clockwork. The valet parking and being dropped and collected from the upper level was really convenient.Wholly recommended!

The bus was rather full but obviously the driver was getting people back to their cars in a timely fashion so no complaints. He made sure we were safely on and off the bus before proceeding. Well done. How about a small discount for return users?

we liked the space on the back of the ticket to write the bus stop that you are parked at, as it is easy to forget after you're holiday. We only waited 2 minutes both ways for a bus to transfer us, very pleased with service thankyou.

the transfer drivers are always so jolly, and helpful. Some time ago I lost my car at Parking Express, and the office staff all came out to help find it. Excellent service.

Parking has never been easier. The carpark was very easy to find, check in very smooth and the poeple pleasant. On return journey the bus driver even helped with my luggage whic I was extremelt grateful for as I was travelling with a small child.

Used PArk plus at Gatwick. Very good service. Check in staff friedly and prompt. Man to help with the cases on the bus was an unexpected, but nice extra. Thanks - good expereiences with airport parking are rare. Will definately use again.

Very smooth operation. the driver was particularly helpful and remarkably patient with some very cross clients who must have had a very bad hoilday to be so unpleasant and tense. I don't know how he keeps so cheerful!
