Excellent straightforward system for entering/exiting car park. It might be worthwhile having a few notices reminding customers to remember/record which car park they used - after a few days away we almost forgot!

I appreciated not having to wait in the cold for a transfer bus to arrive - at the car park the bus arrived after a few minutes and at the terminal there was a bus waiting on the stand and it only left when the next one arrived.

This was very useful. We got straight into the car-park, buses were frequent, with a quick time to the terminal. On our return, once again frequent buses, and straight out of the car-park with no messing about getting keys or dealing with paperwork. Paying in advance online is certainly the way to go.

Copthorne Effingham Park is my preferred and best-value overnight stay for Gatwick Airport, and Parking Plus is the least stressful service and well worth the small extra cost over any of the others. Keep down those good prices! Max
