I not only found the service provided was exactly as advertised, but it was a pleasant surprise when, due to my cars flat battery, the car was jump-started, free of charge, within minutes of my requesting help. Overall, an excellent service.

The easiest parking we have found. We even use South Terminal Park Plus when flying from North Terminal. It's easier to use the monorail than it is to park off airport.

Park Plus is my preferred parking solution at Gatwick as I do not have to find somewhere to park the car myself, nor do I have to sit in a bus whilst it makes a lengthy tour of the car park. However, I wish there was a bus direct to North terminal as well as South, or a Park plus facility at North Terminal

Very well directed on the voucher, easy parking procedure to follow. The gentleman who was at the car park directing us was very friendly and very helpful, as was the bus driver taking us to departures. This makes a difference as I am a nervous traveller !!
