Excellent service.....easy to find....quick at booking in......full size transfer buses frequent and spacious (not minibuses).....similar on the way back, very short waiting at easily identified bus stop outside the terminal.......car close at hand for collection near office. Quick and efficient service....excellent value !

I found the office staff and shuttle bus drivers to be friendly and very helpful....especially when my son left his power ranger bag on the bus on the way to the airport. The staff checked the bus and made sure that we received it on the very next shuttle service. Many thanks. Will certainly use your service again at Gatwick

Easy to find long stay car park but as we had prebooked and prepaid entry instructions were not clear, we went to wrong prebooked entrance, we did not know about licence plate recognition scheme. Bus transfer to main airport very good, no problems on return trip, exit ticket worked first time.
