Only problem we had was that in exiting we had to stop and have our ticket validated before the barrier would go up. I assumed having prepaid that we wouldn't need to do this.

excellent service. Our return flight was delayed by nearly 24 hours and when we went to the admin office at the exit we did not have to pay any additional parking fee. That's the sort of customer service that makes you want to return again and again.

WE ALWAYS USE LONG STAY PLUS....SLIGHTLY DISSAPOINTED WITH HOW FAR THE CAR WAS PARKED WHEN WE RETURNED, AND ALSO THE DIRECTIONS S TO WHERE IT WAS PARKED WERE UNCLEAR...NOT GREAT WHEN YOU HAVE HEAVY CASES!! HOWEVER, THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS GOOD.

We have previously used the valet service. This self park service exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 2.30am and busses were almost continuous. Very good and would definately use again.

Numberplate was not recognized at parking so had to go to get ticket validated to leave. Describing the jouney time as 4mins is fine if you go direct from/to your pickup point but if the bus goes to 6 others before/after it is more like 20 mins.

I have used Holiday Extras for Gatwick longstay parking a number or times now and although i find it quite exspensive for a single traveller it is a very efficient and easy way for parking.

It was the first time we had parked at Gatwick. Booking was easy and everyone was really helpful and efficient at the Long Stay Plus that we would definately do it again. It made life so much easier with 2 children as we always need to have the car seats.

The service at Gatwick South plus car park was extremely good.Although neither my wife and I are officially disabled ,we do have to use a walking stick and an elbow crutch. On our return the car was parked in the disabled section. Unbelievably helpful

everything was fine, but I did expect the car to be parked outside the reception area when I returned not in the adjacent carpark. I can understand this is not always possible at busy times but the parking outside reception was empty on our return.

We were very pleased with our experience with the airport car park. Our inbound flight was delayed & there was no problem atall at the car park even though they were expecting us 8 hours earlier!Buses ran very frequently too

Car parking services excellent. Hardly any time waiting. Recommend Gatwick long term at south terminal. It is close by and the extra service of dropping your keys is so much better than trying to find a space.

Long stay plus car park at Gatwick was Great. Pulled up outside reception and unloaded the car went in and handed in the keys and off we went. No searching for a space and a long treck with the luggage like at some other car parking we have used.

I have used this parking facility on a number of occassions and have always found it to be the most convenient fast and easy way to park your car at Gatwick. Just drop off the car keys, hop on the bus and two minutes later you are at the departures door.

I cannot recommend the total experience more highly. Booking the car hire through Holiday Extras was fast, efficient and cheaper than I could find elsewhere. The car park was well sign-posted and the shuttle bus to the terminal took less than five minutes
