My flight clearly included one piece of luggage, and, although I explained this to the check in person, I still had to pay 15 euros before they would check in my luggage. I would like a refund for this please. I have the receipt.

The holiday and accommodation were first class. The owners couldn't have been any more helpful. Fantastic- we highly recommend this to anyone looking at wanting a relaxed time in France.

Havng stayed a week at hotel parasol gardens in malaga, we found the room to be fairly basic and overall the decor and condition of the hotel should be rated as 2* rather than 3.
