Everything went smoothly and we were able to park in the Long Stay Car Park at the best rate. The only problem is 10 minutes between buses at peak times means that they can get very full.

only problem - not your fault - the barrier at the carpark was not recognising the car number plate which caused a delay. Have booked next holiday car park already with you.

no numberplate recognition on arrival so obliged to check with desk to ensure exit. This has never happened before and we usually have a good experience with Holiday Extras

We used the long stay car park at Gatwick South. On our return we found the car with flat tyre. We requested asistance and a member of the car park staff was with us within 15 minutes to pumped up the tyre. Brilliant service.

Parked my car, filled in the location on the ticket. got on bus, dropped at departure check-in level. picked up at same spot, dropped back at bus stop near car, and easily found car where I left it. What more could you want? Will always use the Long Stay in future.

Number plate not read so had to sort that out on our return. I did enter number win booking but staff told us it did not register. Very helpful and quick, but it was a nuisance having to reverse out of lane and sort it out.

The facilites were exactly as described. The only members of staff that we met were the bus drivers to and from the terminal and they were both very polite.We also like the idea that we park the car ourselves and we know it has not been moved in the time we are away.
