Had no problem at car park, booking ref was printed on ticket upon arrival at car park so therefore all we had to do on return was put ticket in machine on way out. Really easy.

Overall, a great service, but I was a little confused when entering the long stay car park as to whether I should take a ticket as I'd already paid for the service. Also the direction to the long stay buses were not very clear on leaving the terminal... I didn't know where to go and had to ask a terminal attendant... apart from that, a great service, thank you.

On both occasions everything went very smoothly indeed. In fact on the first holiday I gave the wrong return date but the bus was there very quickly and the chap at Heathrow was very good and had our car waiting for us.

The only reason we marked you down is because the automatic number plate recognition system did not recognise our car even though we had prebooked and so we had to go to the office as we left to get an exit ticket. Staff were very helpful.

Car park pre payment was not registered therefore on exit had to get out of car go into office and provide evidence of prepayment causing an annoying holdup

It was very easy to locate the car park the only problem was when we returned home its a bit vague getting to the exit road for the M23 but I would guess that is something you do not have control over. We will be using you again in the very near future.
