Car parking arrangements went very well and the hotel accomodation and breakfast were very good. The evening meal at the hotel(not bought through you) was very poor, overcooked and expensive. The menu is rather pretentious; a simple menu of good food, properly cooked would be much better.

Confusion when we arrived at in barrier which did not open automatically. Notice telling us not to take a ticket if we were prebooked or we would be charged twice! We did take one so hopefully we will not be double charged.

Paying for parking in advance was really helpful and took the stress out of traveling with young children. The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so you don't need to remember any codes etc, and we were able to simply drive out when we returned.

We found the car park marking very confusing arriving late at night as we did. It took more than 20 minutes to find our car. It would help if each parking place were numbered. We had the same problem on the previous occasion that we used this car park. regards,

Everything was fine, except that for the second time running the number plate recognition didn't seem to work, and I had to stop at Curstomer Services on the way out to clear the card. The Staff member who served me was helpful in suggesting that might have used an O rather than a 0(zero) in en Car registration. I need to find how to rectify this
