First time user and will use again!!, what can be simpler than driving to airport parking and being taken to terminal, when you return you just take Bus to car load up and drive away.

Pleased with close proximity of car park to terminal. Only downside was the distance I was expected to walk to car with luggage. Would have been happy to drive car to reception to collect luggage, but this was not at all easy

A very easy and relaxed process. The buss collected us within 4 minutes & 10 minutes later we were dropped off and getting in the car. We simply entered the ticket into the machine and out we went. Very simple and good value!!

The ease of parking and transfer to the airport was brilliant; however, on the inbound journey there were large queues and delays getting onto a bus. Once on the bus was too crouded and the bell appeared to be broken so travellers missed their correct stops. Nothing that Holiday extras could have foreseen.
