The process of exiting the car park did not work. Despite having pre-booked and paid for parking the system did not recognise the booking and required manual intervention

Your staff were friendly and helpful they gave us a good start to our hoilday and welcomed us back on our return our car was ready and waiting for us with no problems we will be using Holiday Extras next year.

We used holiday extras for our parking at Gatwick Airport. I had done most of the application on line but had a couple of questions I needed to ask so I spoke to a very helpful and lovely lady who took me through my booking over the phone and answered all my questions. She followed uor conversation up with an email and all I needed to do then was relax and enjoy my holiday! Highly recommend, first class service. Thank you. Mrs Goodchild.

The arrangements for car parking at GatwickAirport were first class. We easily found the designated car park, the transfer bus to the airport came quickly and it was the same in reverse when we returned to Gatwick after our holiday. The members of staff we spoke to were extremely courteous and helpful.

Auto number plate recognition didn't work but car park staff were aware of issue and were stopping all cars before barrier,so no real problem.

Long Stay LGW had roadworks at the entrance - so painful getting in. Then on exit the number plate camera didn't work and so had to go to the office to get an exit ticket.
