I booked long stay parking at Gatwick. Very easy and all went smoothly. Very helpful staff,great facilities,transfer bus every few minutes. We will use this car park again.

You should introduce a ticket system for the driver to issue when one boards the bus on collection - so customers have an accurate record of which bus stop they need on return. Remember you are there for the customers benefit - not the other way around - there's plenty of competition!

Park spacious and easy to locate. All devices to and from terminal as advertised and ran on time. Made the trip so much easier and less stressful. Had peace of mind that car would be safe and where we had left it when we returned.

All so easy just park up catch the bus which runs every 10 mins for a few mins journey which drops you right outside the terminal. Bus was also waiting on our return. We always book here and no probs as yet, always been very satisfied.

No it did not run smoothly as the directions to the car park were incorrect, and at the airport we were there before your phone lines opened,I was very upset as we had to wait until you were in. It was stressful,I suggest you listen back to the phone calls of that day.

I was concerned that there would be a problem leaving the car park due to a seven hour flight delay, but the man in the car park office was very understanding and it wasn't a problem in the slightest.
