Used holiday extras many times with no problems, but this time the system failed to recognise my car/reservation on exit. Fortunately I was able to show my booking details to the staff at the exit barrier office and was quickly released.

I only used the long stay car park at Gatwick. However found the staff at the car park extremely helpful when I returned late due to a delay in my flight.

the flight out could of gone smoother. we paid to book our seats and at the last minute the plane was changed from 3,4,3 seating to 3,3,3 seating and so as 4 people we were not sitting together. we were not informed of this change and only found out when booking in on line the evening before travelling.
