Car park was very close to the terminal. Buses came very often. The car park itself isnt well signed posted internally. I struggled to find area B and the car park was very full so give yourself time to find parking.

We drove into Area A, parked up, walked with out bags to the number 2 bus stop. Sign said "next bus 2 minutes". Five others arrived as we waited. Five to ten minutes later (the sign still said "next bus 2 minutes") heard a voice on the intercom but couldn't hear the message - eventually worked out that we were being asked to go back to our car, re-pack and go to Zone E. Whenwe first arrived at the long stay we looked carefully at the signs but didn't see one saying that Zone A is for disabled drivers.

We were charged an extra £15 for a couple of hours over which we weren't very happy about. Didn't realise we'd be penalised given the fact the days were the same. Quite disappointing

Did what it said, turned up, through barrier, found parking space and caught bus to terminal and in reverse on return. No Problems didn't need to engage with staff

we had problems finding where to get the bus back from as went to bus/coach collection areas downstairs first. However the parking and service was fine and great location so close to airport

Bus that picked us up on return to car park had wrong zones displayed, when everyone behind us in the queue got on the driver told us that this was also our bus as the zones displayed are always wrong, not enough room for all people that had been waiting at front of queue - very very annoyed.

Booking on line was easy. Directions to the car park was spot on. Didn't have to wait for a bus either end which was good timing. Will use again as you take your keys with you knowing your car will be where you left it.

Finding a space in the car park that said spaces available was impossible. I had to find a space in a another section and walk back to catch the bus. Four times I traversed section advised and ended up in section c.
