arrival was fine. getting back to the carpark after we got back could have been better - we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a bus, which consequently was packed, it then pulled into the carpark at the Marriott for 5 minutes while they changed drivers. by the time we got to the car it was 40 minutes after exiting the airport

Great apart from the bus back. We expected the bus to stop at bus stop one but it sailed past. crowded and we did not know we had to ring a stop bell, and could not have reached it anyway.

We were in car park C as first two were full. Bus returning seemed to take ages as it had to go round the first two. Not too much of an issue though. Didn't see any staff and drivers didn't speak.

the bus driver on the return to the car park insisted on taking everybodys details for zones etc which seemed a long winded way of doing things,havent come across that procedure before

Everything went as smooth as possible. As we stay at the Hilton the night before our flight it's great to be able to get access to our car the next morning to drop our overnight bag off.

We got straight on the shuttle to take us back to the car park within 5 minutes we were in the car, what more could you ask for st 23:30. Would definitely use this service again. Keep up the good work.
